A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting paves the way for individuals who wish to become accounting professionals. Individuals with a bachelor's have gone on to work for large, small, private, and public companies. The Accounting degree program also prepares students to sit for professional examination which include; CPA, CMA, CFM and CIA. An increasing amount of accounting work is being done using computers. However, the increase in the use of computers does not appear to be decreasing the need for all kinds of accounting personnel.
