Bahamas Ministry of Education

Galilee College, a nationally recognized institution is registered with the Bahamas Ministry of Education. Students completing a program of study at Galilee College transfer their credits to certain colleges and Universities in the United States of America. The Ministry of Education also approved and registered Galilee College to offer the training program leading to professional certification, including; Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accounting and the Certification in Financial Management preparatory programs.

 

Bahamas Department of Public Personnel

Galilee College is approved by the Bahamas Department of Public Personnel. The Department of Public Personnel is the entity in the Bahamas that approves an institution through qualification for its programs to be accepted by the Bahamas governmental agencies and ministries.

 

Association of Tertiary Institutions in the Bahamas (ATIB)

Galilee College is a member of the Association of Tertiary Institutions in the Bahamas (ATIB). ATIB was inaugurated on January 16, 1998 with a mandate to promote acceptable educational standards in tertiary institutions and to advocate policies and procedures that will enhance the positive development of tertiary education.
