Human Resource Management
The Human Resource program prepares
students to manage the firm’s most important asset - people. The focus of this
concentration is the selection, training and motivation of people working in
new organizational structures that include the "horizontal
organization" and self-directed work teams. Students will have broad
career opportunities in industries where there is a concern for the effective
management of people.
